For projects that are already designed, GEM offers a package of steel detailing and fabrication. Our Division 5 package includes the following CSI divisions:

• Structural Steel (5120);
• Steel Joists and Girders (5210);
• Steel Roof and Floor Deck (5310);
• Miscellaneous Metals (5500).

Because GEM buys directly from steel mills and joist and deck manufacturers, there are no extra mark-ups. The “Build Different” philosophy ensures proper coordination between the various Division 5 categories and eliminates common communication issues, guaranteeing that your project moves forward in a timely manner.
