Since its inception, GEM has designed, manufactured, and shipped hundreds of buildings totaling millions of square feet, including single projects in excess of 1.5 million square feet. From freezers and processing facilities to multistory offices, GEM designs and builds what you need.
Our main emphasis is our ability to handle nearly any DESIGN/BUILD project. As per the requirements of each individual project, we blend conventional structural materials, tapered rigid frames, cold form members, and a variety of other materials to produce a unique engineered package.
Our goal and our most effective posture is to become involved in the very early stages of a project where we can utilize our engineering staff to economize designs and reduce outside engineering costs.
