Right up front we will perform a preliminary design which helps you in so many important ways. We are able to establish a firm budget and set critical bid-winning schedule dates. Preliminary reactions enable the foundation designers to start immediately. Our early involvement allows for quality product selection from the full construction market - not the lowest price product from an on-site inventory.
