The media, especially from the national perspective, would like us all to believe the US economy is in the midst of an ever-worsening, all-encompassing downward spiral.  Thankfully, we are happy to report that we cannot relate.  We certainly have an eye on economic indicators and are not oblivious to some markets (such as residential in many areas) that have seen recent downturns.  Fortunately however, we are working hard to stay involved in robust commercial, food, and industrial markets, which are thriving in regions across the United States, especially locally in the Intermountain West.  We are thrilled to say our most important economic indicator, our sales figures, are healthy and have GEM poised for continued growth.  We believe our message of good news (which we hope brings a positive tone, despite being bombarded by the negative media at every turn) is a testament to the sound business principles practiced by our great customers, many of whom continue to rely on GEM for repeat business - year after year, in addition to the business opportunities brought to us by our expanding customer base.  These customers, old and new, rely on GEM to provide a defect-free product along with unparalleled service, which can take the form of custom engineering and design for unique project solutions, unsurpassed speed and steel delivery commitments, and personal management and care for your project; care that extends from every person at GEM.  We all take personal responsibility to ensure your satisfaction with your GEM building.
